Traci Stapleton, Director | Kalypso

Before rejoining Kalypso, Traci led a Winter Sports manufacturer in a multi-tier brand strategy turn-around, resulting in back to back year over year 20%+ increases to revenue. Additionally, Traci held leadership positions in product development with J.Jill, M.J.Soffe, Lands’ End and Dick’s Sporting Goods. She has extensive experience in redesigning and implementing process refinement from line planning and trend research, through fit, development and pricing.

Additionally, Traci has significant leadership experience with change management, training and PLM configuration and implementation. She has planned and delivered end to end business transformation efforts around people and organizations, process and activities as well as tools and technology.

Current Projects

Traci is a member of Kalypso's Consumer RFA practice, where she focuses on operational model redesign to support the front end of design, develop and make. Traci is passionate about defining and solving the business challenges that retail/wholesale/manufacturing leaders are facing today.

She works with clients on process improvement, change management, PLM and training. She is a member of the consumer practice.

Outside of Kalypso

Traci lives in Fayetteville, NC with her husband, four sons and English Cream long-haired mini dachshund- all with strong convictions and a voice. She squeezes in running, working out and reading in between work and soccer games the best she can!
