Rodrigo Alves is a certified energy manager and a manager at Kalypso, leading the sustainability & energy management business in EMEA. He brings over 10 years of experience in industrial automation and operations technology, with expertise in sustainability, energy management and industrial systems.
Previously, Rodrigo spent seven years at Rockwell Automation, where he was part of the Leadership Development Program and facilitated scalable growth strategies, developed customer-facing tools, and implemented customer engagement and success models.
He also honed his analytical skills and strategic thinking through various roles in field service engineering, product development, operations, marketing and business development. During his tenure at Rockwell, Rodrigo gained cross-cultural experience in Latin America, the United States, and the UK, where he is currently based.
He is passionate about sustainability, innovation and digital transformation and holds a B.S. in Control & Automation Engineering from Universidade Paulista (Sao Paulo, Brazil) & University of Houston (Texas, US). He is also enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Warwick Business School.
