He is a domain expert on life sciences including pharmaceutical, biologics, cell & gene, Biologics, medical devices, capsules manufacturing industries etc.
Jay has also completed multiple leadership programs within Rockwell Automation. His agile leadership skills are based on building strong, fair and flexible relationships.
