Prior to business school and joining Kalypso, Tommy worked in Pharmaceutical Operations & Automation, identifying, and implementing process improvements as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.
With Kalypso, Tommy has delivered multiple long-term PLM system implementations in the Industrial, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries. He has experience in PLM process design, organizational change management and enterprise program management. As a Director in our Industrial & High-Tech practice, Tommy leads our sub-team that focuses on enabling digital transformations in the Chemicals industry.
Additionally, Tommy worked for Accenture in the West Coast Supply Chain & Operations consulting practice focusing on capability-driven organizational redesign as well as designing and implementing enterprise software including SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University.
Outside of Kalypso
Tommy has served in the United States Navy Reserve since 2004, working as a Chief Aviation Electrician's Mate attached to F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft and MH-60S helicopter squadrons.
Originally from Minnesota, Tommy lives in Orange County, CA and enjoys spending time at the beach with wife and his two daughters.
