Vladimír has more than 20 years of experience in leading and inspiring regional, direct, and virtual teams across established and emerging markets. He has an extensive background in consultative sales, business management, business integration and operation.
Most recently, Vladimir served as Director, Software & Control, Intelligent Devices, where he was responsible for combining Rockwell Automation technology and domain expertise to drive growth across software and product business. Since joining Rockwell Automation in 2006 as a Strategic Account Manager, he has held numerous leadership roles of increasing responsibilities and scope including leadership of Connected Services, Business Unit that covers IT-OT Convergence, Cyber-Security, Machine Safety, Data Driven Services, Remote Support and Monitoring Services as well as Delivery Director of Customer Support and Maintenance business segment. Prior to Rockwell Automation, Vladimír worked in various roles including Software and Application Development, Systems Design Engineering and Business Development Management, helping customers to get most from their technology investments.
Outside of Kalypso
Vladimír resides in Prague, Czech Republic with his wife, three sons and four-legged friend Alfie. Being a professional Coach, he is passionate about building teams, engaging employees, and developing strong leaders. Additionally, Vladimír’s other interests include wild camping, playing piano and hiking.
