Prior to joining Kalypso, Drew spent a decade as a leader in non-profit administration, developing strategic plans and managing the operations of some of the nation’s most esteemed universities. However, the glacial pace of change in Higher Education drove him to pursue a career transformation that would get him closer to the leading edge of innovation. In 2013 he enrolled in the Management and Corporate Innovation MBA program at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Today, Drew brings this formal education in business, higher education, technology and the visual arts, along with years of experience leading high-performing teams, to serve as a trusted advisor for his clients.
Current Projects
Since joining the firm in 2014, Drew has become a thoughtleader in the digitalization of innovation and has played an instrumental role in driving organizational transformations within some of the world’s most notable retail, consumer and life science companies.
Drew also serves as the coordinator for all of Kalypso’s domestic campus recruitment activities. In that capacity, he and his team visit some of the nation’s top universities searching for others who share his passion for innovation, his dedication to client service and his belief in the power of innovation to change the world.
Outside of Kalypso
While home in Dallas, Drew can often be found exercising his creative energy as a graphic artist, amateur photographer and board game enthusiast. He also maintains an appreciation for the great outdoors and encyclopedic knowledge of horticulture, which he attributes to a childhood of being raised on the family tree nursery in Valley City, Ohio.
