Prior to joining Kalypso, Alison held roles in inventory management, merchandising, product development and sourcing, and supply chain innovation at Gap, Old Navy and Carter's. The knowledge gained in these functional areas led directly to a passion for improving the way the fashion industry develops product.
Alison is a strategic thinker, highly skilled in leading innovation initiatives, successful project management execution, process improvement and change adoption. She excels at building both relationships and strategies to drive buy-in and change adoption at all levels.
A native of the San Francisco bay area, Alison currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, dog, and two young children. Her hobbies include car camping in the mountains, hand embroidery and music.
