Tajaey is currently the digital services sales manager for global industries at Rockwell Automation, the world's largest industrial automation and digital transformation company. His team helps clients accelerate their path to autonomous operations through transformational digital programs that enable advanced AI/ML capabilities at scale. He collaborates across business units to deliver cohesive client solutions, optimize sales processes, and leverage data for operational efficiency aligned with Rockwell Automation's vision of Autonomous Operations, driving innovation and growth in CPG, Life Sciences, Process, Automotive, Tire, Retail, and OEM industries.
As the team lead for sales onboarding programs, Tajaey spearheads the development, management, and execution of Rockwell Automation’s North America Early Career Programs. In that role, he served as the hiring manager and supervisor for a diverse group of sales associates.
In his current role, Tajaey combines his workforce strategy experience with his digital transformation experience to lead a team of high-performing digital services sales professionals.
