Sophia previously worked in Global Sales & Marketing and IT, both where she was a product consultant for Rockwell Automation's Digital Enterprise Transformation efforts. She envisioned needed capabilities for a Unified Experience Platform and worked to seed in requirements and needs of the different business functions. She also helped manage the creation of current state and future state end-to-end journey maps that were then leveraged in the creation of customer-facing software.
Currently, Sophia is working within the consumer practice and is largely focused on DPC efforts. She is also the community manager for the organizational change management service line and is co-lead for internal diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Sophia is originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin, but escaped the cold and is now residing in Phoenix, Arizona. When she isn't working she is spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog, or traveling to and exploring new places.
