Chelsea is a leader in Kalypso’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Digital practices, serving a diverse set of industries, with a focus on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Current Projects
She helps clients navigate the landscape of emerging digital technologies using her OCM background - through user adoption and change management strategy; process, data and technology governance; and a user-centered design approach to solution development.
At Kalypso, she’s also involved with the administration and training of Personalysis (a team collaboration tool), recruiting and new-hire mentoring, and various employee training initiatives.
Outside of Kalypso
Chelsea grew up hiking barefoot through cactus-infested hills, motoring around in golf carts, and soaking up the sun on her little Catalina Island home. She always travels with emergency snacks and has mastered the art of the hotel room workout.
