Ric has 40 years of discrete manufacturing and consulting experience focused on digital transformation and business process excellence with a background in systems engineering, model-based enterprise, ERP/MES integration and service lifecycle management optimization.
This entails 28 years working for discrete manufacturing companies in aerospace & defense, automotive, industrial and high technology industries where he helped these organizations select, implement and deploy digital technologies for PLM, systems engineering, cross-functional product development, manufacturing and service integration. This includes business process modeling and reengineering as well as organizational change management.
He has 12 years of experience working for consulting partners including PTC and Kalypso where he has supported all elements of digital transformation implementation and support in multiple vertical industries. As director of aerospace & defense market strategy for PTC, he was responsible for the development of the PTC’s strategy, product positioning, collateral development and thought leadership in aerospace & defense. He also led the US and European Board of Customer Advisors (BOCA).
His consulting objective has been to leverage best practices and lessons learned deploying digital transformation solutions to reduce client costs, meet schedule commitments and deliver revitalized process execution which delivers requisite benefits and ROI.
Outside of work, Ric enjoys sports, music and outside activities as well as any activity with his extended family.
