Prior to joining Kalypso, Michelle worked in consumer services ensuring that customer experience was always top of mind. She managed full-scale operations comprised of training and development, cost control, marketing, event planning and merchandising.
Although Michelle is passionate about the people side of business, she wanted to expand her breadth of knowledge into the data and technology side. For this reason, she decided to pursue an MBA. There, she was able to consult on multiple projects ranging from portfolio management to strategic positioning.
Since starting at Kalypso, she has worked on multiple successful system implementations (project portfolio management, product lifecycle management and master reference data tool). Most recently, she managed two data governance compliance programs.
At the core, Michelle is still most passionate about people. She gets a thrill out of helping deliver products or technologies that any consumer/user is happy with. Training and change management are key to many successful launches, which is why they are always at the forefront of Michelle's work.
