Matt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformation programs. He specializes in collaborating closely with clients and end-users to develop solutions aligned with strategic objectives and business outcomes. With a background spanning over a decade, Matt excels in crafting robust solutions, encompassing user experience/journey design and functional requirements.
His expertise extends across diverse industries, enabling him to deliver technology roadmap strategies encompassing IoT, Big Data, Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Collaboration, and Integrated Operations Systems. Currently serving as the Director at Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation Company, Matt leads in transforming enterprise value chains, leveraging the Digital Thread to drive meaningful business outcomes. Prior to this, he held key roles at Rockwell Automation and Wipro Limited, where he spearheaded initiatives in Connected Enterprise Consulting and Industrial & Engineering Services.
With a distinguished military background, Matt served in the British Army for over 22 years, attaining the rank of Royal Engineers, Sergeant Major. He managed a Military Engineering Squadron, implemented structural changes, and executed complex construction and logistic projects in Iraq. Outside of the office, Matt is a keen cyclist on the flat roads of Cambridgeshire!
