Kevin Van Doren

Kevin has delivered exceptional service to his customers for over 20+ years and 10+ years working within the industry, providing a unique perspective which he applies to every opportunity. Most recently, customers have benefited from this experience in multiple PLM implementations ranging from ideation to product support focused on products in the Medical Device, Consumer products, Food and Beverage, Enterprise systems and Storage markets. The unique perspective of direct experience in research and development, product management, program management, document management, and support planning enables the ability to envision the impact of process changes and system implementations.

With 50+ client engagements, delivering enterprise software projects, gaining a PMP certification and a Six Sigma Blackbelt, Kevin values the learning's from each project and customer engagement. With each project, he develops new tools to bring to future projects.

Kevin’s most rewarding positions have been those where he's been able to contribute to the improvement of an organization through process improvement while assisting team members with their career growth and professional maturity.

Kevin has a B.S. in Computer Science degree from Colorado State University and a Technical Diploma in Electronic Theory from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute.

Current Projects

Kevin partners and supports clients in the consumer product and medical device industries to drive innovation and compliance in the global-enterprise initiatives for PLM solutions. Recent projects have focused on transforming clients internal process's in Software Development Life Cycle, Requirements, Foundational PLM (Change Mgmt, Parts Mgmt, Document Mgmt), Manufacturing process (CAPA/NCR, Metrics, KPI tracking), Early R&D (Lab notebooks, Control Maturity, IP Management).

Outside of Kalypso

When Kevin is not working he enjoys attending marching band competitions, initially introduced to him due to his children’s involvement. When it’s not band season Kevin enjoys building and painting models or participating in Lego Robotics program as either a coach or judge.
