JJ is dedicated to fostering effective client relationships and has a commitment to program development and research. She has an engaging, adaptive, and holistic approach to problem-solving that has consistently garnered commendation from colleagues and clients alike.
Prior to joining Kalypso, JJ’s helped organizations navigate complex challenges inherent in adapting to program and process changes across multifaceted industries such as higher education, the US military, pharmaceutical advertising, and the health & fitness sectors.
Throughout her professional journey, JJ’s experience within Organizational Change, Design Thinking, Client and Account Management, Program Development, and Research and Development has given her a keen ability to help clients execute and adapt to dynamic environments while ensuring growth and innovation.
At present, JJ is continuing to synergize Organization Change Management and Project Management within digital transformation projects within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Digital Product Creation (DPC), Retail, Footwear and Apparel (RFA) and other Industries.
Outside of work, you can typically find JJ outdoors. She loves living in the south, near Atlanta Ga., and enjoys hosting gatherings for friends and family, traveling to small historic towns and beach villages, doing anything on or in the water (fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, etc.), or getting dirty (home renovations, camping, hiking, running, & four wheeling).
