Currently, Jackie leads the business consulting and digital solutioning practice for Rockwell Automation. As a partner consultant, he works with CPG and life sciences executives to help them digitally transform their capabilities in strategy, product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution & logistics to shorten time to market, to drive revenue growth from new products, to streamline operations and to unlock new productivity gain.
One of his recent projects is the development of smart industry transformation framework with the World Economic Forum where he led business-value transformation workshops and implementation of digital technologies to unlock new level of productivity while prioritizing sustainability and workforce development. He has also worked as a technical advisor to government agency in the development of digital transformation roadmap.
Prior to Rockwell Automation, Jackie led the incubation and growth of digital product and services business for TÜV SÜD and Beca by establishing digital consulting practice, solution design & implementation, and managing a high performing advisory team in delivering tangible business impacts. He also worked with Rolls-Royce in the UK and headed the field of Smart Factory and lean digitalisation strategy for operations transformation.
