By outlining how a medical device company leveraged PDMLink, the audience will learn strategies for using Windchill during the phase-gate process. Gresham will present leading methods for managing a phase-gate process in Windchill PDMLink as well as strategies for creating and managing phase-gate documents.
On June 5, Van Gresham and Jabil Circuit Project Manager William Bishoff will present, “Using a Rapid Results Methodology to Deploy Windchill PDMLink 10.0.” Gresham and Bishoff will describe how Kalypso’s Rapid Results™ methodology was used during a 10-month project to grow the Windchill footprint within Jabil’s global design community. Audience members will learn how Kalypso’s implementation methodology interweaves the program phases with work streams.
