BEACHWOOD, OHIO - At Kalypso's annual firm retreat, KARMA, the firm promotes top performers who have demonstrated a passion for personal development over the last year. At KARMA 2016, Kalypso promoted 30 professionals to various levels within the firm, including two to the partnership: Colin Speakman to partner and Mike Mood to director.
As a global private partnership, Kalypso's vision is to serve as a platform for professionals to grow personally and professionally by creating friendship, eminence, excellence and prosperity. KARMA was created as an annual event to grow Kalypso's culture by celebrating its people, values, mission and vision. Once-in-a-lifetime experiences are paired with work sessions to build the bonds that sustain the virtual firm throughout the year.
