Cynthia brings over 24 years of experience as an engineer, program manager, process improvement and market strategy consultant, executive coach and as the founder of her own firm.

Cynthia began her career as an automotive and software engineer. She gained both strategic and operational expertise as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, a leader at Visa USA/Inovant, and a consulting firm president and founder. She coaches clients in the consumer goods, finance and technology industries in executive team alignment, leadership development and change management to help them achieve their strategic business and innovation objectives.
Cynthia holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design from Michigan State University. She is certified as an Executive Coach through the International Coaches Federation, as a Leadership Development expert through Coaches Training Institute, a Process Re-engineer through Hammer and Company and as a Program Manager through ESI/George Washington University.
