BEACHWOOD, Ohio – Kalypso, the world's premier innovation consulting firm, announced today that Rich Gaby has joined the firm as a senior manager.

Rich brings over 28 years of industry and consulting experience to Kalypso's consumer products clients. He has executive, cross-functional experience in operations, manufacturing, product lifecycle management (PLM), and new product commercialization.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Rich was vice president of business development at Enginuity, a global provider of enterprise software, and spent 13 years in progressive management roles at Revlon Consumer Products. As a senior executive with Revlon, he was responsible for Revlon’s global new product commercialization, managed operations for Revlon’s sole North American manufacturing facility and led transformation teams focused on information technology, lean manufacturing, operations cycle time improvements and new product development. Rich has also held roles at other large consumer packaged goods (CPG) and chemical organizations including Unilever and Sigma-Aldrich. He began his career as a chemical engineer with the Newberry Energy group.
Rich is based in the Tri-State (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) area, and will primarily work with clients in the consumer products sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
