Firms join to provide clients PLM expertise in Europe
Beachwood, Ohio and Hamburg, Germany – After closing out 2013 with record revenues, Kalypso plans to continue its rapid global growth by merging with DataSquare, a full-service product lifecycle management (PLM) consulting firm based in Hamburg, Germany.
Kalypso delivers a comprehensive set of services that enable innovation, including PLM technology strategy and implementation services. With the addition of DataSquare’s expertise and capacity, the combined firm will serve the growing demand for PLM in Europe with a larger set of PLM consulting and implementation services.

The two firms have extensive knowledge of, and implementation experience with, all of the leading PLM and product innovation software providers, including Oracle, PTC and Dassault Systèmes. The merger expands the firms’ presence in the life science, high technology and industrial industries in Germany and other European markets.
