RALEIGH, North Carolina – Kalypso, the world’s premier innovation consulting firm and the Stelos Alliance, a non-profit scholarship organization for extraordinary young leaders, announced the recipients of the inaugural Kalypso Wolfpack Innovators Scholarships for North Carolina State University undergraduates at a dinner on Sunday, September 16:
- Ngan Nguyen, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering senior from Greensboro, North Carolina
- Courtney Musciano, Textile Engineering senior from Cary, North Carolina
- Steven Mazur, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering senior from Sterling, Michigan
- Juhi Fernandes, Chemical Engineering junior from Raleigh, North Carolina
Each recipient received a $2,000 award for their authentic and innovative approach to problem solving, work ethic and demonstrated understanding of Kalypso, its service offerings and its culture.
Emily Adams, senior manager at Kalypso and NC State alumna said of the scholarship recipients, “We were proud to have 14 applicants for the inaugural offering of the Wolfpack Innovators Scholarship. Ngan, Courtney, Steven and Juhi showed us that they’re not afraid to break the mold and see things differently. We’re excited to continue to offer this award to promising members of the NC State Wolfpack like them.”

The Kalypso Wolfpack Innovators Scholarship, presented by the Stelos Alliance is open to fulltime sophomores and juniors in an undergraduate engineering major. Applications for the fall 2013 scholarship will open spring 2013.
