Kalypso to Present PLM Implementation Strategies at Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience Forum Europe

BEACHWOOD, Ohio and AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands - Kalypso, the world’s premier innovation consulting firm, today announced that Kalypso Europe founding partner Mick Broekhof will present “How to Make a Complex PLM Project Successful: Change Leadership and Governance” on November 21, 11:00 AM at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Forum Europe.

Held at the Square Brussels Meeting Centre in Belgium, 3DEXPERIENCE Forum Europe will feature new technologies from Dassault Systèmes and its partners that move beyond product lifecycle management (PLM), combining social innovation capabilities with realistic 3D Virtual experiences and search-based technologies. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about 3DEXPERIENCE through sessions featuring Dassault Systèmes executives, technology partners and industry experts.

During his talk, Broekhof will describe how upfront organizational buy-in affects the success of complex PLM implementations. Broekhof will then identify strategies for obtaining this senior management and user buy-in through Kalypso’s PLM governance model.
