Tom Monheim brings over 20 years experience to the firm

Beachwood, OHIO - Kalypso, the world's premier innovation consulting firm, announced today that Tom Monheim has joined the firm to drive growth in its Value Management practice.

The people of Kalypso are leading business professionals who combine a depth of experience in select industries with unparalleled expertise in product and process innovation. Tom brings 20 years of business leadership experience to Kalypso, expanding the firm’s capabilities to help clients deliver profitable growth through value creation and value capture activities.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Tom led the Strategic Pricing function for Trane, a division of Ingersoll Rand. In addition to B2B manufacturing, he brings strategic marketing experience from the travel and transportation industries. Tom has held leadership roles in several critical business functions including pricing, product development, strategic planning, finance and information technology. He has a passion for mobilizing value-based marketing strategies, analytics, and technology to accelerate profits through pricing and product management.

Tom is based in the Dallas - Fort Worth area and will work with clients in a variety of industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
