BEACHWOOD, Ohio – Kalypso, the world's premier innovation consulting firm, announced today that Rod Walters has joined the firm to lead the growth of its PTC Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation practice and team.

Rod brings over 25 years of experience in PLM and enterprise software solutions to Kalypso's clients. He has served the retail, high technology, communications, manufacturing, utilities, and transportation industries.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Rod spent 10 years at PTC as a senior vice president with leadership responsibilities including field sales, services and global alliances and partnerships. Having served as the executive sponsor for many of PTC’s largest customers, Rod understands how to extract value from PLM technology. He has a true appreciation for the organizational complexities and management challenges that accompany any attempt at driving large-scale transformational change through the deployment of enterprise PLM systems.
Rod is based in the San Francisco Bay area and will work with client executive teams to transform their innovation and product development capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
