Firm Adds Three Team Members with a Wide Range of Expertise
Beachwood, OHIO - Kalypso, the world's premier innovation consulting firm, continues to grow and expand its capabilities with the recent addition of three new Leadership Team members: Horst Groesser, Hank Phelps, and Andrew Hunter.

Horst Groesser
Horst brings over 20 years of experience providing clients with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Supply Chain Management solutions and services. Prior to joining Kalypso, Horst spent 7 years at Agile and Oracle leading consulting practices and engagement teams while specializing in business process design and solution architecture for the implementation of Oracle Agile PLM solutions. Horst provides clients in high tech and manufacturing industries with Agile PLM solutions and services.
Hank Phelps
Hank supports the firm's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practice with over 35 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Kalypso, Hank spent 3 years with Conagra Foods as Director of PLM in the Research, Quality and Innovation organization. Hank works with clients in the CPG and Pharmaceutical industries focusing on PLM strategy and design; business process analysis, workflow and change management; product data management; and integration of PLM to Quality, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Research Systems.
Andrew Hunter
Andrew brings over 25 years of industry and consulting experience to Kalypso's Life Sciences clients. Prior to joining Kalypso, Andrew was VP of Project Management & Clinical Operations at a global provider of medical imaging analysis for clinical trials. He spent 11 years in management consulting at Capgemini, where as a principal he was a leading member of the Life Sciences practice. He will work with clients in the Life Sciences sector, bringing extensive hands-on experience leading and implementing change in the clinical development environment.
