BEACHWOOD, OHIO – Today, Kalypso announced that Paul Salyards has joined the firm as a senior manager to help lead the growth of its Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry practice.
The people of Kalypso combine unparalleled expertise in innovation with a depth of experience in the consumer goods, healthcare, high technology, manufacturing, life sciences and retail industries. Paul brings nearly 30 years of experience delivering innovation transformation with established brands including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, Kimberly-Clark, Capital One and Jacuzzi.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Paul led brand management and innovation initiatives at his own consulting firm with clients including Kimberly-Clark. He served as SVP of Marketing & Engineering/Business Development for Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath and spearheaded the development of the first national advertising campaign for Capital One. As VP of Marketing, his team in Kellogg Canada was selected “Marketer of the Year” by a leading industry publication.
Paul brings experience in global new product development, strategic planning, brand management, corporate vision and mission development, and profit and loss management to Kalypso’s clients.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology/biochemistry from Cornell University. He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Oleta and their two sons.
