I started with what was then Pavilion Technologies in February of 1995, (acquired by Rockwell Automation in 2008), after spending the previous fifteen years in the chemicals and refining operations. I ran control boards then moved into a controls group doing DCS and Advanced Process Controls in an oil refinery. Since joining Pavilion in 1995 I've been involved with MPC and our SWCEM products and have delivered the Pavilion8 SWCEM product in multiple states and countries. Starting in 2019 I got into project management then in 2021 became the manager of the Pavilion8 support group. My life outside of work is all about family, ministry, and working on personal businesses.

Credentials
- - Experience in chemical plants covering NH3 plants and Vinyl Acetate. In refining I've covered Hydrotreaters, Amine Recovery, Sulfur Recovery, and Crude Units.
- - 29 years of experience with doing Pavilion8 SWCEM. I've completed over 1500 successful RATAs in that time and delivered SWCEM in multiple states and countries.
- - 4 years of project management.
- - 2 years as manager of the support group for Pavilion8 products and applications.
