I am the Operations Lead for the Kalypso Internship Program (KIP), including the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of interns, as well as leading engagement during their internships. I work with dedicated Client Service contacts to provide a wholistic internship experience that incorporates client work, Kalypso culture, and intern-specific training and development. I also manage the process for conversions from intern to full-time employee, including intern performance management. I am the primary point of contact for local in-person engagement through our K-Hub initiative. K-Hubs are cities where multiple Kalypsonians live and may gather in-person for recreational and volunteer activities! We currently have 33 K-Hubs located all over the world and look forward to expanding. I am based in San Antonio, Texas, where I enjoy time with my friends and family, going to the theater, and my many crafting hobbies.
