Richa has multi-sector experience in leading global cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects in the supply chain, human development, and sustainability for organizations such as PVH, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Eileen Fisher, the Gates Foundation, and BRAC. In addition to teaching graduate-level design and business courses at Pratt Institute, Richa also managed Pratt’s federally funded fashion business accelerator and design research center, enabling emerging fashion and wearable tech companies to embed sustainability into their business models. Richa’s professional record demonstrates collaborative design innovation, brand value creation, achieving operational excellence, and resolving supply chain issues via the strategic use of technology, and teamwork.
Most recently, Richa advised large RFA clients on DPC strategy and implementation roadmap, creating standards in enabling DPC processes for an activewear retailer, and staffing and OCM roadmap for a consumer brand.
Richa is an avid gardener, enjoys hiking the trails in Hudson Valley, and experimenting with local produce in her kitchen-lab.
