Rich worked at Philips and focused on product lifecycle management, integration with enterprise resource planning, service lifecycle management, clinical studies, and Q&R platform architectures. He developed architectures in concert with business process experts to create end to end solutions.
These solutions transformed the enterprise through the deployment of harmonized processes and tooling. Applying interpersonal, customer relationship, and organizational change management skills to educate end-users in system functionality and related product development processes while managing stakeholder expectations. His responsibilities also included project planning/execution, data migration planning, requirements and mapping from legacy source(s) to target system(s).
Before Philips, Rich worked for Raytheon where he performed in numerous roles as their common PLM program matured. His engagement with the common PLM program started as a subject matter expert in developing design control, new change management processes, and solution architectures. He is recognized as a Windchill superuser and built a team to verify technical releases prior to user acceptance testing. His team established test protocols and orchestrated large (>50 participants) end to end user acceptance testing events consisting of business functional experts to validate the software configurations. Followed by developing the go-live readiness team(s) and managing the central production support team.
