Prior to joining Kalypso, Mayra was an analyst where she built up experience with clients in Supply Chain, focused on operational effectiveness. She developed and designed the KPIS Calculation Model for the Warehouse Department to obtain operational indicators and to standardize services at the Latin American level. She was responsible for monitoring the life cycle of projects globally and the creation of an overview of the company’s performance about this.
Mayra has a Bachelor Degree in Business Informatics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and she is studying a Master in Information Technology Management from the TecMilenio University.
Mayra was born and raised in Monterrey. In her spare times she enjoys long-distance hiking and cooking all kind of food, specially Mexican and Italian cuisine.
