Prior to Kalypso, Marc-Wayne worked for a large multinational IT consulting firm where he provided operational leadership of the Data Migration Practice. As a Practice Area Director he focused on organizational development as well as optimizing project delivery through tools and methodology standardization.
Marc-Wayne also worked for PTC for 12 years in a number of different roles for Professional Services. Starting as a Technical Consultant focused on customizations, integrations and data migrations, he eventually worked his way up to become the ePLM Consulting Lead for PTC Japan. After returning from his global assignment Marc-Wayne joined the Portfolio Team at PTC where he partnered with interdisciplinary teams to build outcome-based services offerings within the Digital Engineering Portfolio.
Marc-Wayne was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii but now lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Yuka, son David and doge Momiji. In his spare time he is often enjoying the great outdoors with his family, dreaming of moving home to Hawaii or to his wife's hometown of Hiroshima, Japan.
