Erin is adept at bringing together analytics, project management and operations experience to help our clients innovate and reduce inefficiencies.
She works with top life sciences companies to strategically and analytically commit to finding the right for our clients that will allow them to drive changes digitally and enable the clients' journey towards their organizational goals.
Current Projects
She is currently working to roll out a product lifecycle management (PLM) system across all sites for a medical device client.
She has worked on implementing an artwork management system that drove compliance and reduced TAT from 77 days to 14 days, recommended a governance framework and strategy for implementation of ThingWorx IoT, and designed and developed an end-to-end label implementation governance and artwork management system for different clients of Kalypso.
Her areas of expertise include project management, business analytics, technology strategy, implementation strategy, sustainability, project portfolio management (PPM) and product lifecycle management (PLM).
Outside of the Office
You can find Erin hiking, camping, in the martial arts mat or ring, traveling to explore a new area or finding the next book to read.
