Prior to joining Kalypso, Dwayne worked as a data scientist and business developer for TangibleAI a pro-social AI development group focused on assisting the non-profit sector. During his time there, Dwayne worked to combat the human trafficking crisis in Malaysia utilizing AI chatbots.
Before working in data science, Dwayne worked as a healthcare professional and project manager.
Dwayne has a B.S. in Biology from the University of South Florida, continued education in Engineering & Research from the University of Central Florida, and has completed the Springboard Data Science Bootcamp.
Dwayne brings a unique perspective to Kalypso's consulting practice where he assists clients in utilizing machine learning and AI to further their data science strategy and product implementation. He also has a passion for bio-engineering, sustainability and biomimicry research.
Dwayne was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and works out of Orlando, Fl. In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking in foreign countries, reading old science fiction, and 3D Printing. He is also passionate about coaching first-time college students and assisting non-profits with representation.
