Donna has spent the past 9 years in Practice and Operations Leadership in the AVATA consulting organization where she has leveraged her background in industry to provide transformational leadership for clients in the Supply Chain planning space. Prior to consulting, she worked for more than 20 years in the Consumer Goods industry at Mars, Inc. developing, managing, and delivering solutions strategy for the food, pet care and chocolate sales and customer service divisions.She brings to Kalypso her extensive experience transforming Demand and Supply processes in the Consumer Goods and other industry sectors, leveraging leading edge solutions. She has an exceptional track record delivering productivity and quality improvements in this complex arena.
Donna was born and raised in Texas but migrated to New Jersey 20 years ago. In her spare time, she is an avid gardener and amateur chef - including lots of Texas barbecue and many global cuisines. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family.
