Before joining Kalypso, Denzel was a District Sales Manager at PepsiCo, where he gained experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations management. However, Denzel always had an interest in pursuing a career in management consulting and working on the leading edge of innovation which led him to Kalypso.
During his career at Kalypso, he decided to pursue his MBA at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business to further build his business acumen and add value to clients. Also, Denzel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Studies with a minor in Business from Rice University.
Today, Denzel brings years of consulting experience and formal education to help clients deliver on the promise of innovation by implementing innovative solutions on their digital transformation journey. He is one of the consulting practice leaders shaping our go-to-market strategy and developing internal capabilities. Along with helping clients, Denzel is one of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders and supports university recruitment.
Outside of Kalypso, Denzel lives in Houston, TX, where he spends his free time going to different sporting events, spending time with friends and family and enjoying the diverse collection of restaurants in Houston.
