Before joining Kalypso, Ana Cristina was an IT Intern in a worldwide industrial company, she supported development of PI CoreSight from OSIsoft interfaces for the operating machines of the company, generated PI Data Link reports of the working equipment, and supported equipment information change through SAP BO.
Ana Cristina has a bachelor´s of science in Information Systems Management from Tec de Monterrey.
Since she joined to Kalypso she worked with different clients in the Life Science, CPG and High Technology Industry. Creating and delivering PTC Windchill trainings. Working with Oracle Agile PLM (A9) configuration support and testing of the system by resolving configuration errors, implementing solutions, maintaining application configuration and updated documentation, also with Oracle PLM for Process (P4P) system support by monitoring system performance, application configuration, and custom solutions. She also assisted in the configuration support of Oracle Cloud.
Ana Cristina was borned and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She enjoys working for the inclusion of people with disabilities, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
