Beachwood, OH – Kalypso announced today that Charisse Jacques has joined the firm as a partner in their Retail practice.
The people of Kalypso are leading business professionals who combine a depth of experience in select industries with unparalleled expertise in innovation. Charisse brings 20 years of consulting and industry experience to Kalypso's clients. She has deep expertise in consumer-driven businesses with a focus on enabling innovation in retail.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Charisse was the managing director leading the merchandise optimization service line for PRGX where she provided business analytics and advisory services to retailers and their suppliers. She has also held consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and a variety of other roles within the retail industry.
Charisse is based in Richmond, Virginia. She holds an MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
