Stefanie is a senior manager with Kalypso. Her background is in business administration and she brings experience in organizational change management, project management and business strategies to Kalypso’s clients in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. She is specialized in sustainable change and value delivery. Before she joined the Kalypso US team, she has worked for Kalypso Netherlands and Kalypso Germany.

Prior to Kalypso, Stefanie gained over 4 years of industry experience in leading food and beverage and retail companies.

Stefanie holds a Masters of Science in Business Administration with honors in change leadership from the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and a Bachelors of Arts in International Business from the Saxion University, the Netherlands.

Current Projects

Stefanie supports global transformations from initiation through roll-out by maximizing user adoption. She also serves as the Organizational Change Management Service Community Lead.

Outside of Kalypso

Stefanie is based in Santa Clara, California, and likes to travel the world.
