Prior to joining Kalypso, Matt worked in the food and beverage, CPG and manufacturing industries as well as hospitality and health insurance companies.
He conducted gap analysis and synchronization of asynchronous data systems to identify and document misalignments and propose resolutions, developed technology roadmaps, project scorecards, and governance processes.
Matt also worked on the creation of critical business process documentation and flow charts in preparation for a new plant launch for EV manufacturing startup.
He managed data migration and governance projects, including training diverse teams in CPG industry and implemented digital change across multiple departments for health insurance company.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing the outdoors. From scenic, family-friendly hikes to challenging mountain biking trails and many things in between. He also enjoys doing puzzles and reading books that challenge the mind and make you think.
