Helping children from the Karamojong tribe in Namatala, Uganda
I dedicate a lot of time and treasures to I Choose You Ministries. It’s a non-profit organization that sends children from the Karamojong tribe in Namatala, Uganda to school. I traveled to Africa the summer after I graduated from college and had my heart stolen by the Karamojong children.

Volunteering with the NHSPCA to combat animal cruelty
I’ve ridden horses most of my life. I own and compete a very plump and shiny thoroughbred horse. While his life is great, there are lots of horses that don’t have it so easy. Horse care is extremely expensive, especially in winter in New England when a horse cannot forage for his own food. The NHSPCA is dedicated to helping horses whose owners are no longer able to care for them.
