#PDPMchat Transcript - Feb 22, 2012

by Pamela Soin and Amy Kenly on February 27th, 2012

On February 22nd, Kalypso hosted our first #PDPMchat on Twitter. Our co-sponsor, Planview, and Kalypso talked about how leadership perceives portfolio management for product development and techniques on how to demonstrate portfolio management value to the organization.

Kalypso and Planview have years of combined experience helping their respective clients with getting started and getting better. Subject matter experts Pamela Soin and Carrie Nauyalis were on hand to brainstorm ideas with the Twitterworld on leadership perception and demonstrating value - two fundamental issues companies must address to fully realize benefits from product portfolio management efforts.

Check out our transcript below, with links to the resources the tweeters mentioned. And, join us for our next #PDPMchat, listed here. We'll host #PDPMchat events once a month, with the goal of creating a dialog and connecting practitioners around portfolio management for product development. Join us!

Tweets below are in order, with the earliest tweet first and latest tweet last.
