BEACHWOOD, OH – Kalypso, the world’s premier innovation consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Cathi Crist to Partner. Cathi helps lead Kalypso’s Life Sciences practice.
Cathi has worked for Kalypso for a little more than a year and a half, and is the first woman Kalypso has internally promoted to Partner. In her new role, Cathi will focus on helping to grow Kalypso’s Life Sciences practice into sustainable industries with a strong base of resources and a good portfolio of client experiences.
“Although Cathi has only been with Kalypso for a short period of time, she has made tremendous strides with our Life Sciences practice,” said Bill Poston, founder and managing partner of Kalypso. “She is the embodiment of what a Kalypsonian should be — a hard-working, determined, true student of innovation. She is an asset to this firm and to its clients, and she is very deserving of this recognition.”
Cathi brings extensive innovation and product development experience to Kalypso clients, in addition to deep expertise in FDA quality system requirements for medical device development and design control. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute).
