Sean is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of business operations and technology leadership driving business results. A forward thinker with an entrepreneurial approach, he leverages his experience in strategic planning, innovation, operations, solutions delivery, transition management, analytics, vendor management, and team development to bring results.
At Columbia Sportswear he was focused on all things product creation, overseeing the entire technology landscape for innovation, design, materials, development, sourcing, costing, product wear testing & quality, merchandising, and connections to downstream technologies. Applications(PLM, DPC, MDM, PIM, etc.) and data (cloud data services) were a core focus.
Over his 15 years at Nike, Sean led large global programs including PLM, Business Intelligence, Planning, and Analytics. He worked across many functions and led global cross-functional teams.
