Paul brings nearly 30 years of experience building brands and business through innovation transformation efforts. His expertise spans the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, financial services and start-up businesses.
Prior to joining Kalypso, Paul spent 29 years working with a range of companies and established brands, including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, Kimberly-Clark, Capital One and Jacuzzi. He also worked with several start-up businesses and the advertising agency, DDB.
He has first-hand experience supporting innovation transformation efforts along the entire innovation process, from insights and innovation strategy to in-market testing and transitioning a new business into an established business unit. Paul’s passion for innovation as a powerful tool to grow brands and businesses led him to Kalypso.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology/biochemistry from Cornell University.
Paul leads projects in the CPG and financial services industry in the areas of business and innovation strategy and front end of innovation.
Paul lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Oleta and their two sons. When not helping clients, he loves spending time outdoors doing any number of activities including: running, rowing, gardening and fly fishing.
