"When everyone in the room is talking in circles...when politics are running rampant...and just when it seems there is no end in sight (looking into the rat hole you are traveling down), Noel speaks up and everything snaps back into place. His knowledge and experience (which equates to great wisdom) is vital in helping decision makers to take a step back, and process the mountains of data swirling in front of them. He definitely knows his stuff, but never comes across as the snooty know-it-all. He is the voice of reason."
"In addition to being a man who has it all together, his work has led to tangible results. Processes which were completely dysfunctional for decades are now starting to hum along with measurably improved efficiency. He has been a great resource to my employer, and to me individually."
- Bryan Atwood, Director of Product Marketing at Nature's Sunshine Products (NSP)
Noel resides in San Diego where he spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
