Mackenzie Hales specializes in product development and innovation strategy in the Consumer Goods and Medical Technology and Devices industries
Prior to joining Kalypso, Mackenzie gained diverse experience in the corporate, non-profit, and international arenas. She has a B.A. in Politics and Environmental Studies from Whitman College and an M.B.A. from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
Mackenzie has extensive experience performing business analysis, forming commercialization plans, and managing technical projects. Her focus is on Kalypso's clients in the Consumer Goods and Medical Technology and Devices industries. She also serves as the Emagineer and thoughtware leader for the Consumer practice.
Outside of work, Mackenzie can be found hanging off of the side of a cliff (with a rope of course), slaying the Utah powder, or chasing after her dog Hank on a mountain bike. She also enjoys reading depressing non-fiction and traveling to countries that scare her mother.
