Andrew is a senior consultant with Kalypso bringing over nine years of professional experience in product development, change management and continuous improvement.

Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College with majors in both Economics and Classics. After graduating from Davidson, Andrew joined CEB, formerly Corporate Executive Board, and advanced through a variety of internal and client facing roles. These required in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis for the creation of best-practice research deliverables as well as leadership roles creating, customizing, and distributing digital media products to 300+ global clients.

After seven years with CEB, Andrew earned his MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a concentration in Operations and Strategy. This experience included a Continuous Improvement internship with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals focused on supply chain improvements for its blockbuster drug EYLEA ($1.8B in 2013 sales). Andrew also received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification based on his work with a Fortune 100 Financial Services firm.

Current Projects

As a client services professional, Andrew works with clients focused on new product development and change management initiatives.

Outside of Kalypso

As a recovering Division I baseball player, Andrew now lives in St. Louis, MO. When he isn’t valiantly struggling to lower his golf handicap he spends his time grilling, working out and using far too many movie quotes.
