Prior to joining Kalypso, Sachin served as IBM's PLM practice leader. He was responsible for the sales and delivery of large-scale transformational PLM engagements led by IBM Global Business Services involving technology, process and organizational change initiatives. He has successfully delivered Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid Digital transformations as a client advisor and architect at Apple, Eli Lilly, Amgen, Marquette Medical, DePuy, ICU Medical, Integra Life Sciences, Cook Medical, Church & Dwight, Toshiba, Motorola Solutions, SubZero-Wolf, Elizabeth Arden, Riverbed, and American Superconductor among others.
Sachin worked in various executive roles at PLM solution providers including Oracle, Dassault Systèmes, Aras and Centric. Prior to focusing on Digital advisory and technology implementation services, Sachin spent several years in the OEM industry as an industrial machine designer for Life Sciences clients and managing supply chain operations.
Current Projects
Sachin is a thought leader in Kalypso’s Pharmaceuticals and Biotech practice, leading onshore and offshore teams focused on enabling digital transformation with Discover, Create, and Make initiatives. He helps clients define the Digital Thread roadmap, align digital capabilities to tangible business value, and succeed with technology initiatives including Enterprise Digital Architecture, PLM, MDM, MES, IioT, 3D Modeling, Emulation, Simulation, Additive Manufacturing, Smart Connected Operations, and Data Science.
Outside of Kalypso
Sachin lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Michelle and their 2 dogs. He enjoys cooking Indian and other Asian cuisines, enjoys golf, and is an active industrial designer for charity and open source. He is a technology enthusiast and builds various devices in his spare time utilizing existing and emerging technologies such as IoT, Arduino, Particle and additive/subtractive manufacturing.
